Torino pizza & pasta: Reviews & Ratings
They make a great pizza, lots of toppings and a healthy coating of cheese. Insider tip: Sauce is a bit on the sweet side a they cook the pepperoni under the cheese, though this is how I like it, I know some don’t, so it’s worth mentioning. Fried chicken was solid, crispy and juicy, but no real distinction in their coating.
Best pizza in town by far. Honestly best I’ve ever had. My father got me addicted to it at a young age, and now with him gone I still go at least once a month, sometimes (much) more. The staff here are very nice people, the owner is a good guy too, as soon as I walk in he goes and grabs my order without even asking my name. Every time I’ve gotten it I’ve never had a problem. Taste is absolutely fantastic. I don’t know how, but their cheese is just my favourite of any pizza I’ve ever had. Crust is also good, and I’m not even a crust guy. It’s delicious and authentic, like seriously amazing. All in all, this place will remain my favourite for the rest of my life. Here’s to hoping it never closes!
My kids went to Frontenac High School and I have paid for a lot of pizza over the years but finally had the opportunity to try it out for myself. Hands down my favourite pizza in the city. The sauce and crust really made it for me. We went later in the evening and took it to go so can't really comment on the atmosphere but the service was great!
The pizza was the best we have had in the west end. Fluffy and crispy crust, just the right amount of sauce. Great. Tough to order on the phone but worth it.

With a dedicated focus on delivering high-quality pizzas topped with generous amounts of cheese and fresh ingredients, Torino has garnered rave reviews from its loyal customers.
One standout feature of Torino Pizza & Pasta is its unique approach to pizza preparation. As customer Rob Edwards noted, the sauce tends to lean towards the sweeter side, which perfectly complements the extensive toppings. They cook the pepperoni under an inviting layer of cheese, creating a delightful melting effect that will leave your taste buds dancing. This innovation may not suit everyone’s palate but adds a distinctive touch that many have grown to love.
Another raving fan, Tyson McConnell, describes Torino as "the best pizza in town by far," highlighting the incredible flavor of the cheese. Here, every bite is a testament to the authenticity and quality that the brand stands for. Although he never considered himself a crust person, he finds the crust at Torino irresistibly delicious, further enhancing the overall pizza experience.
The service at Torino Pizza & Pasta also deserves a mention. As Kim Robinson shared, the staff is friendly and attentive. Even during busy evenings, they ensure that every customer feels valued. Though she opted for takeout, knowing that the service remains top-notch is reassuring for anyone considering a visit.
For those seeking something beyond pizza, the fried chicken is solid, featuring a crispy and juicy texture that pairs wonderfully with their signature dishes, as noted by Rob Edwards. While the coating may not have any extraordinary flair, it provides a satisfying contrast to the rich flavors of their pizza.
